Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.  

Delivery Issues

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, occasionally packages may experience unexpected delays. If your tracking information has not been updated for 10 business days, please contact us at contact@nothingbutscents.com so we can investigate and reship your order if necessary.
